The Hutchinson trip was a blast. A lot of us camped out the night before with the guys from the Kansas Outlaws. (by the way, I will see you next year Troy LOL) That was a great time in itself. Oh and sorry we had to take both Bragging Rights Trophy's home. Well maybe next year guys.

Now down to the races, We alternated between the Kansas Outlaws classes and our classes. First was our Modified's heat that we ran the twins with the singles together. It looked to be the newcomer Jessica Jeno on the #11 battling her dad Scott Jeno on the #82 this was a pretty good battle until Scott finally got around his daughter to leave a little gap. But when he slowed on the last lap Jessica made some serious time to pass her dad as he was playing hay bale tag. The audience went wild at the pass. In the feature race it was a little of the same until Jessica took the lead and never looked back. Scott ended the race with a brake malfunction.

The Super Modifieds was a good close race to start. But it looked to be Chris Jeno on the #3 who had the mower to beat. Yes, that's Scotts son (is there a pattern here?) The middle of the pack race was very tight between Rector on the #71 and Justice on the #20 Both mowers seem to hook up good on the outside, Rector tried everything he could to drive inside of Justice to no avail until finally he was able to make it stick long enough to make a pass. In the Feature race it was like part 2 of the heat race with Jeno winning both. Jeno also went on to win the Grudge match against the top 3 guys on the MWLMRA and the top 3 guys on the Kansas Outlaws.

Great job Jeno's Anyone who missed this weekend should really try to make next year. It also looks like Jessica Jeno might be a permanent fixture in the Modified class so you guys better watch out.
