Hillbilly Mower Races The Hillbilly Mower Races in Springfield went pretty well. Well of course we would say that, our drivers did really well. There were a few problems but I am sure if this takes place again next year that those problem will get addressed and fixed. I don’t think some people realize what it takes to put something like this on. It’s not like a local mower race that a child could organize. This event took a lot of time and energy. The most important part of the whole event was the fact that money was raised to benefit the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. All of us here at the MWLMRA want to thank Greg Creech and all his crew for volunteering their time. After all, time is the most valuable thing you can offer someone. Anyone who believes their time was not worth giving for those children is an idiot.
